The Participatory Collective (PC) is an umbrella organisation that ultimately represents ideas fund groups within Kingston Upon Hull.
The project I am constructing is a website prototype for “PC”, the website will ensure that all users who visit can navigate throughout the website with ease and feel welcomed, persuasion techniques will be used along the different pages to convince the user that “PC” is the right choice for their mission.
