Finally this post will be a continuation of post 3, I have been instructed to create the Destiny 2 Application via website form and tablet form.
Destiny 2 Website can be seen here –> (Website)
Destiny 2 Tablet can be seen here –> (Tablet)
My design process was to create a large scale version of my mobile application so no matter what device you use, you will get the full experience increasing my user experience.
Once again all of the interactive elements from page to page work perfectly with the same animation being taken into consideration, as stated before my thinking process for the animation was from the main villain of Destiny 2’s first saga.
The logo and all of the pictures demonstrating the DLC’s have been adjusted to the correct size once again to match the huge dimensions increase from phone to web.
On the other hand, the typography has been adjusted too, most words on the web have been set to a 40 size, The size has been kept the same within the whole website and tablet to ensure all of the pages were identical in professionalism and text wasn’t all over the place.
A major change from the app to website was moving the hot bar from the bottom of the screen to the top. This was done to improve user experience, as once a user is using a desktop pc it is quite a hassle to look all the way on the bottom of your screen to navigate the website.
Lastly The website and Tablet share very similar aspect ratios hence why the tablet looks almost identical to the website as not much needs to be changed. This was done strategically, as changing the website massively would confuse some users, in addition, professionalism was kept by having similar apps/websites.
